CLEOPA APARTMENT RUSHCUTTERS

"We stayed at the apartment for a week and loved it!. The apartment is in a superb location, 40 minutes walk from the city centre or just minutes to the bus stops and train stations to take you all around Sydney. There are lots of really nice bars and restaurants near the apartment and its just a short walk to Rushcutters Bay which was lovely. The apartment was well furnished with all mod cons, lovely and spacious. Cleona the owner was a pleasure to deal with. She was very helpful and easy to contact, no questions or requests were ever a problem. We will be back to stay!"

Stayed at rushcutters for 9 nights, really enjoyed our stay and would definately return. The apartment itself is very well furnished, clean and has everything you need - its also very comfy. The location was also great. There was easy access to all public transport, although we really enjoyed walking through rushcutters bay and grabbing a coffee on the way. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Emma & Russell (Mar 2011)

We really enjoyed our week here in your apartment. It was so handy to walk down to the harbour for the firworks display on N.Y.E.We were really impressed with all the equipment you have made available. There was nothing more we could have needed. The property was very comfortable and perfect for our stay in Sydney and we would certainly come again and recommend the apartment to our friends. Ian and Kay (Jan 2011)

Location, location, location ! This apartment is right in the hub of Sydney, just moments from about anything you could want either by walking, taxi, or bus. Surprisingly even though this apartment is amid one of Sydney's busiest areas, it is extremely tranquil, sit in the sun on the balcony enjoying your morning coffee and all you will hear are the birds singing. The large ground level outdoor balcony catches the sun all day, is very private, and backs on to a small park. The apartment, and the building, is very modern and pleasant, and the apartment being on the ground level means access from the street, or the secure car park, is very quick and easy. The apartment itself is fully equipped and incorporates a few nice extras should you want to hit the beach or have a picnic in the park. The apartment is spacious, well laid out, and very light and airy.

Within walking distance you have several major attractions, the hub of Sydney being just 5 minutes walk across Hyde Park. The immediate area is packed with bars, cafes, and restaurants. Sydney's night entertainment strips are well within walking distance. Out front on the street you will find a collection of cafes and restaurants, hair salon, a convenience store, and same day service dry cleaners. Victoria Street's well known café and restaurant strip is just around the corner. It would be difficult to find accommodation that offers the location and features possessed by this one. For self catering furnished apartments, this one would have to be 5 star. Karma! (Sept 2010)

We chose the apartment because of its location being within walking distance to my workplace in the city and our not finished new apartment just down the street. The quality of finish and general presentation of the apartment was fantastic which meant that we were able to feel at home while waiting for the new apartment to be finished and with it opening out to its own private balcony it felt quite spacious. When the original 5 weeks stretched to 4 months it was great that you provided additional storage to accommodate more of our own items including additional clothing for the two of us.

Also missing our own bed, the replacement latex mattress meant that the bed was now as comfortable as ours. Jane was able to bring her bonsais and put them on the balcony which also helped with the extended delay. When interstate family and friends that come to visit and can't be accommodated at our place we will be recommending that they stay in your apartment. Thanks again. John and Jane ( May- Sept 2010)

We enjoyed staying in your apt - we are very familiar with the area and it was perfect for us - a $12 taxi ride into the city and a short walk to Five Ways or the Cruising Yacht Club and close to Neilson Park where we swim. We found it equipped with everything we could possibly want and very clean - great to have a patio to sit on and we appreciated the washer and dryer. We would love to rent it again. This was just what we were looking for during our first visit to Sydney and Australia.  The apartment is exactly as advertised - modern, comfortable, secure, quiet, convenient for shops and transportation and with all the facilities needed to self cater.  The local information and directions provided and the use of a telephone and the internet are a big plus. (John and Sheila Boyle, Jan '10)

The apartment is lovely, perfect location (Mark, Uk, Dec 09)

We found the apartment well fitted out to a high standard and very comfortable. The provision of a washing machine and dryer was particularly wecome. It was also convenient for restaurants which are a five minute walk away and for Kings Cross railway station which is ten minute walk away. We foumd using the train the most convenient way to get to Circular Quay the main tourist area. There is also a Coles supermaket at Kings Cross. Robert (Oct 09)

This is just a wonderful apartment. The location is great - close to Rushcutters Bay park and the cool Darlinghurst nightlife, easy access to the city. The split level accomodation is easily roomy enough for two and has wifi, Foxtel, DVD player, stove, washing machine - just everything you could need including an iron! The unit is virtually new and has a delightful terrace complete with BBQ. Why stay in a hotel when this is so much nicer? I will be booking again
Martin, Bangkok (Aug 09)

The apartment was in a great location within walking distance of the city and Oxford Street Paddington with all the interesting shops, boutiques, cafes, movie theatre, Saturday market etc. Also good bus connection at Oxford Street into the city if you dont want to walk. A couple of good coffee shops very close by for breakfast or lunch if you dont want to make your own. The apartment is a good size for 1 or 2 people with a sunny outlook into a tree lined, grassed common space beyond own private and secure outdoor terrace. Having an undercover car parking space was also very convenient and the apartment wasnt lacking in any facility or piece of cooking equipment. Would definitely stay again when next needing to spend time in Sydney. (Tracey, Mar-2009)

This property was comfortable, very well equipped and in a quiet location. It had everything we needed, and things we didn`t know we needed, like a picnic basket! Wouldn`t hesitate to book again. (Yvonne , United Kingdom)

The apartment is in an ideal location within walking distance to park, marina, bus stop to city and Coles supermarket at Edgecliffe. Accommodationis great, loads of room to rest in after a busy day. Will easily take 3 people. Terrace area is ideal with wooden table and chairs plus a gas bbq. If it gets too hot you can open up the electic canopy. A comfy bed with a well equipped bathroom (washing machine and tumble drier were well used.) All facilities were modern, we found the apartment was great for our 12 day stay in Sydney and missed it's comfort when we travelled north and had to follow the backpackers route! Alun (Uk) March 09

CLEOPA APARTMENT CAMPERDOWN

We stayed at Camperdown apartment, for just over 7 weeks. Which was the perfect location, for us as we had regular appointments at RPA.the short walk to the hospital made it the ideal spot for us.
The fully furnished apartment has everything you need, which made it our home away from home, for our long stay. Not to mention the Portacot, and high chair there, for the little ones, which is great for Families.
The secure Parking is great, and the rooftop facilities are FANTASTIC, ideal for BBQ'sand letting our 2 year old boy, run free, and have lots of play time.
I Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. I am sure you will be satisfied.
Also the owner is very helpful, and knowledgeableof the area which we were veryappreciativeof.
Very satisfied customers

Nice, modern and well equipped  apartment with balcony suited for couple or single person. Swimming pool, gym, tennis court and barbeque spots on the roof, with beautiful view over Sydney sky line and sunset. Close to the city centre, universities, fish market and other attractions. Public transport depart just outside the building, cosy cafes and bars  in the area.  We had a very nice 5 weeks stay in the apartment, helpful caretaker and a quiet environment in the building. K. Kartveit (Denmark Jan '10)

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and nice to stay in. It was easy access to the bus which helped with traveling around the city and getting back easily. The red folder with brochures and bus schedules was a nice touch as well and helped with our decisions of what to do around Sydney. Nice rooftop views and facilities. Thea USA (Dec '09)

I would highly recommend this fantastic apartment to any traveller or Businessman - woman looking to spend some time in Sydney. This apartment was ideal for us to stay in due to its location in Camperdown, it's down the road from the Royal Prince Albert Hospital and offered all the comforts of home with the facilities of a luxury resort. I made good use of the Gym, Heated Lap pool and tennis court. The apartment has free wireless Internet and local and interstate calls, which was ideal for business and great to keep in touch with family and friends. It has secure undercover parking with plenty of visitor spots for friends and family and is located right next to Parramatta Rd giving you plenty of public transport options. Forget the Quest and the Novotel this is your best option for a apartment in Sydney, 5 Stars in my book! Henry (June 09)

During my families stay in Sydney we needed to be close to Sydney Uni. We found this apartment clean, well furnished and convenient to everything. My 3 year old daugher loved the rooftop cubby house. We were very satisfied . Hong-wen (Taiwan)

I spent 2 months here whilst completing a Uni course. Great location in a very cosmopolitan area with great shopping and nightlife. I love to live there always! Maria (Spain)

It was our pleasure to be in the heart of Sydney. Had fun on the rooftop with BBQ and meeting Aussies. Recommended. Pedro (Colombia)

The Camperdown Newtown area is so cool. My partner and I had a ball. The apartment is stylish, close to the city and on a lazy day perfect to hang out in when you just don't want to visit another tourist place. Pete (Uk)

CASA CLEOPA BRACANA, near Illora, Granada, Spain

Hi,
This is just to let you know that we are now back home in (cold) Finland after 3 weeks of wonderful sunny, rain free weather in Andalusia.
We really enjoyed our stay in Bracana and would like to thank you and Wendy for helping to make our visit so carefree. We found the house tidy and clean and perfectly suited to our needs. While in Bracana we got to meet some of the "locals" and also visited Granada, Montefrio and Alhama in addition to Illora and also did quite a bit of walking in the countryside around Bracana & Tocon. After leaving Bracana we spent 4 nights in Cordoba (old city area) before moving on to Estepa for our last 9 nights. All in all it was a very good visit and all the accommodations and the service were excellent.
Already missing the October warmth of Spain,
With best regards,
Riitta and Stuart
